For the 6th year in a row, Napier ERA has been named one of Richmond's top workplaces! In 2019, 65 companies from the Richmond region are being honored with this title and we are so happy to be included yet again. This title comes from Richmond Times-Dispatch and is based on an anonymous survey was sent out to all of Napier's employees and real estate agents and we are so happy to see another year of great reviews! The survey asks about numerous topics that impact the workplace – including leadership, benefits, training, diversity, community involvement, and more.
